I'm an artist living in the neighborhood of Seminole Heights in Tampa, Florida.
I have lived in Seminole Heights for 9 years with my wife, our dog Mocha, and our little lady, Riley. I was born in Tampa in 1984. I graduated from Jesuit High School in 2002 and from USF in 2007. My family has lived here for four—well five now—generations. My great grandmother, Esperanza, was a cigar roller and a leadfoot—even in her 80s. Both of my grandfathers served in the Navy and my parents are both hard working people.
So those who fought for the country and those who work hard to make it great are a huge influence for me and my Americana style. I have a deep sense of history and pride for my country—even with its numerous faults—as well as my city and its people. So I like to create work that celebrates those things which are the best about us.
